CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE

Scope of Agreement
All sales, quotations, and contracts issued by True Enterprises (“the Company”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any variations must be agreed to in writing by the Company.

Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of GST/HST unless specified.
  • Any changes to specifications, materials, or scope after acceptance of quotation may result in price adjustments.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation to secure materials and production scheduling.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and prior to delivery, pickup, or installation.
  • Overdue payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge (24% per annum).

Production & Lead Time

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability and project complexity.
  • The Company will not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and/or installation dates will be scheduled once final payment (or agreed stage payment) is received.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness for installation. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by site conditions.

Materials & Product Variations

  • Wood and other natural materials may have variations in color, grain, and texture. These are not considered defects.
  • The Company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality if the specified material is unavailable.

Warranty

  • The Company provides a 6-month limited warranty on workmanship and installation from the date of delivery/installation.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or modifications by third parties.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled after deposit payment will incur charges for work completed and materials purchased. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
